Hello Beautiful Souls,
My name is Shannon and my energetic journey started many years ago while I was facing chronic illness. I quickly realized Western medicine alone was not going to provide the holistic approach which I desperately needed. This is where my journey to become whole began. My search to restore wellness led me to energy based and alternative health modalities. During this journey, I became a LMT, reflexologist, essential oils junkie and enthusiast, Oncology Massage Therapist among other gifts and talents I picked up along the way.
However, my biggest joy and passion in life is combining Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) for an uplifting and empowering healing
experience. I am both a Reiki Master and Advanced Level Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner, and being a channel for this energy is my life’s purpose.
Not only have I been amazed by my own personal transformation, but nothing delights me more than to
be a witness to the healing that is possible with those I have the honor to work with. Combining Reiki
with IET is a subtle yet powerful experience which is unique to each individual and always carries the
intention of empowering positive change and flow.
Receiving and channeling energy has gifted me the ability to be more aware and intuitive, to connect
deeply with Source, to establish boundaries and use my voice, to accept abundance into my life and to
live with an attitude of gratitude.
You may be wondering if energy work has “cured” me from living alongside chronic illness. The short
answer is no. I still live with health challenges. However, working on my energetic being has been so incredibly valuable in managing and breathing my way through life.
Reiki and IET have helped me to stay more focused in the present moment and to acknowledge every
moment is an opportunity to learn and expand. I am able to own when I may have fallen a bit short and
recognize I am always doing my best in any given moment. I am kinder and gentler with myself and willing to listen to that inner voice of wisdom which always leads me to my higher good. Energy work has allowed me to live my best life.
It is my greatest wish for you to do that which resonates deeply, for you to take the path of inspiration
